This is, quite simply, what we have wanted to do with this cuvee, Temps de Lune.
\nTo \u2018take our time\u2019 to put our feet up, to look up, and ponder the moon and the stars, exploring the mysterious yet natural universe and its cyclical cadences. Temps de Lune is harvested and vinified while taking into account the biodynamic lunar calendar and favouring \u2018Fruit Days\u2019. This is said to emphasize the aromatics of the wine. In every other respect, we have crafted this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon with minimal intervention, in small concrete vats, without adding any Sulphur.<\/p>\n
